if I were rich …

If you had lots of money, more money than you ever thought you could be that richer, what will you do with it?

I guess you will try to buy yourself more happiness , won’t you? I would have make the same kind of choice if only I was sure that it was possible .

The choices i made were selfish . I had to buy myself some inner peace and I had no other choices than involving myself inside of something that sounds good to my soul .

I am learning kindness while being kind. I am learning love while loving . I am learning compassion while opening widely my heart to welcome children that have decided to link their destinies to mines.

Their confidence in my abilities to lead them to something that can’t be worst than their actual conditions are my hopeful wings

One moment inside of Alama’s Garden

What we have created is a living space… instead of hanging around the city all day long, instead of wandering around again and again … Alama’s Garden is about sharing positive energy .

Knowing that somewhere there is that place where you can rest a little bit before fighting to survive.

Knowing that inside of Alama’s Garden you will always be welcomed not for what you have, just for who you are: a human being joining other human beings

Travelling with the books for Alama’s Garden

I bought books one by one.

Then, Kelly Masson and Frédéric Liehn gave us the complements .Then Coeur d’Art

The NGO led by the French secondary schools students in Côte d’Ivoire, brought us some books too .

My girl Anne-Kadia came one summer for an helping hand

I hired an educator and a gardener

We could have waited for people to answer to our call to action. We could have waited for the right time to come …. but we didn’t.

We have decided to begin as we were from where we were with what we had

Our firsts students : 2014

We opened the site and they began to come just that way , proof if needed that there were an empty space that had to be filled with our passion, our willingness to serve a purposeful cause

i was particularly happy to welcome girls . They are my priority. They need to be better educated, taught about values, principles, dignity, for them to have a chance not to end as prostitutes to feed their families and themselves

why did I decide to get involved? Because I knew that they were condemned by the system, by their country , their president , their mayors, by their family
